Having graduated in Mechanical Engineering a the University of Toronto, Constantin has held several executive positions in the aviation industry with his last appointment as Head of Technical at Elix Aviation Capital - a Dublin-based aircraft leasing company. Constantin’s technical background started his career as an aerodynamicist and later a stress engineer at Bombardier, before moving into the airline industry and holding executive positions including General Manager for various commercial airline and business jet operators. Constantin is currently the CEO of the ORPHIC GROUP, a diversified group of companies in the aviation, defence, advisory, luxury brands, and services industry. Constantin is also an INSEAD certified Board Director (IDP-C) and holds two professional engineering licenses, a Canadian pilot’s license and is a member of the International Society of Air Safety Investigators (ISASI).

Since then Fotis has progressed through the ranks of aircraft base maintenance holding B1, C and S Part-66 license ratings and has served in positions including maintenance supervisor, inspector and deputy chief inspector. Fotis is experienced in several aircraft types including the Cessna C500 Citation I and C501 Citation I/SP, C510 Mustang, C525 Citation Jet series (CJ), C551 Citation II/SP, C550 Bravo, C560 Ultra/Encore, C560XL Excel and XLS/XLS+, C680 Sovereign, and C750 Citation X Series aircraft.
Fotis has also held executive positions in quality management and MRO asset management, and as a seasoned technical instructor bringing excellence in the field of business aviation and heavy maintenance. Fotis is a founding member of Element Aerospace.

With a degree in International Business and having obtained an FAA A&P aircraft technician license, Todd began his extensive aerospace career in the footprint of the airline industry. Working for several Part 121 air carriers both as a technician and quality control inspector, Todd eventually found established his career at the centre of the powerplant manufacturing industry – starting at General Electric and then moving onto Rolls-Royce, where he has held several senior and executive-level positions over his more than 20 years there. While serving as Vice President Customer Support – Business Aviation, at Rolls Royce, Todd was placed in a highly responsible and challenging environment that oversaw provision of services to the most discerning owners/operators of business aviation aircraft. Some of Todd’s most notable achievements are his 2015 Presidents Achievement Award at Rolls Royce, active participant on two OEM advisory boards, the ground-up development and implementation of a web-based Customer Management (CRM) tool and on-wing care program.
